Refunds
We offer full refunds on eligible orders, excluding shipping costs. In some situations, we may also offer partial refunds depending on the issue.
If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us first before opening a dispute or chargeback. Most of the time, we’re able to figure out the issue and help quickly.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund or return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- Requests must be made within a reasonable time after delivery
- Proof of purchase may be required
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
Customers may also be responsible for return shipping costs depending on the situation.
