Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During sales, launches, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days, depending on the destination

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside of ThrottleHands' control may occur.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and your shipping location.

Any available free-shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website or at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to correct the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, ThrottleHands is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damaged package and product so we can help resolve the issue.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or other fees charged by their country's customs authorities. These fees are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated.
